- Contractor-grade lights from The Light Elves: fully warrantied for 5 years when you use our seasonal setup and takedown service.
- Our full fix-up service, for our contractor-grade lights.
Not covered
- Client-supplied seasonal lights: we install them for $32.50 per strand, but they aren't warrantied, and return visits for failures in them are chargeable.
- Permanent lights (Govee Pro): covered by Govee's own warranty, not ours.
- Misuse or tampering.
- Damage from severe weather.

Our clips, every time
Our Elves always use their own professional clips, even with client-supplied lights, so every installation meets our standard.
Clips are plastic and live in the sun and extreme temperatures, so they become brittle over time and should be replaced every few years.
Supplying your own lights?
Supplying your own seasonal lights (box-store strands, for example)? Our Elves can install them for $32.50 per strand, but lights that didn't come from us aren't warrantied. Return visits caused by failures in those lights are chargeable.
