Tree light coloursChoose the look for your tree
All of our tree strands come in a solid colour or one of the combinations below. Twinkle options are intentionally subtle: approximately every 7th bulb twinkles.

Previews are rendered to show colour and spacing; real bulbs vary slightly with distance and weather.
Why we use contractor-grade lights
Our contractor-grade strands cost more upfront than retail lights, but they are built for reliable, multi-season outdoor use. After years of dealing with failed strands, corrosion and loose connections from retail-grade products, we now only sell lights we are comfortable standing behind.
Download the tree lighting guide (PDF)- Waterproof, sealed one-piece lamp sockets help prevent corrosion and loose bulbs.
- Screw-together coaxial connections with rubber O-rings create a secure, watertight seal.
- Connections resist pulling apart from wind, snow and movement in the tree.
- UV-protected materials are designed for long-term outdoor exposure.
- Full Wave Rectifier technology provides bright, consistent, flicker-free lighting.
- Commercial-grade construction is designed for Calgary's cold, snow and changing weather.
Secure coaxial connections
Threaded connections screw together instead of simply plugging in, helping keep strands connected and protected from moisture.
Prefer to supply your own lights?
Absolutely. We can install client-supplied lights if they meet the requirements in your estimate. We simply cannot warranty customer-supplied strands.
Not sure what will look best?

Tree light colours, answered
What is a twinkle option?
On our twinkle strands only a small part of the strand twinkles: about every 7th bulb. It adds movement and sparkle without making the whole tree flash. We offer it in warm white, bright white and multicolour.
What's the difference between warm white and bright white?
Warm white is a soft, golden glow, like a classic incandescent bulb. Bright white is a crisp, cooler white that looks icy and modern. Many people pick warm white for a cosy look and bright white for a frosty one.
Can I mix colours on my tree?
Yes. Every tree strand comes in a solid colour or one of our 9 colour combinations, from red and green to fuchsia, teal and warm white. Not sure? We're happy to recommend a combination or arrange for you to see a sample in person.
Will you install my own lights?
Absolutely. We can install client-supplied lights if they meet the requirements in your estimate. We simply can't warranty customer-supplied strands.
